To keep your Selvain pieces looking their best, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Wash light and dark colors separately, as some dyes may release color during the first few washes.
Satin, sequined, beaded, and delicate fabrics should be hand washed in cold water and dried flat. Iron on low heat, reverse side only. Always check the care label on your garment before washing, as instructions may vary.
Please follow these care guidelines carefully. Selvain is unable to accept claims on items damaged as a result of incorrect care.
We want you to love your Selvain purchase. If something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@selvain.com with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped directly to your door. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or high demand periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package at any time. If your tracking has not updated within 7 days of shipment, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
