What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure rapid delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Consequently, we are unable to guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please contact us at support@selvain.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Where do you ship from and what are the delivery times?
We ship worldwide from our centers in the UK and Europe.

Will I have to pay import duties and customs?
For orders to the UK, EU, and US, duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout. For other international destinations, import duties and taxes may be applied by local customs authorities upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. For detailed instructions, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation once completed.
